I hate to think

There was a time when I seemed to drown

And the whole world was turning upside down

We all had to find a new way on our own

So most of us saw the past in their memory

From now on new things filled my mind

Lost some friends, thought I had no time

One day I regretted it, but it almost seemed to late

But considering you I just have to say

I hate to think I`ll never see you

I hate to think I`ll never know who you really are

And I`ll never hear your voice or see your face

And just in my imagination you`ll always remain a friend

Then one day I really had enough

‘Cause thinking of you was something that I couldn`nt stop

I decided there and then to search for you

There couldn`t be a thing that I wouldn`t try to do

I hate to think I`ll never see you

I hate to think I`ll never know who you really are

And I`ll never hear your voice or see your face

And just in my imagination you`ll always remain a friend

Don`t know if it`s worth it, and I don`t know if I`m right

The only thing I know is that it`s you I have to find – oh

I hate to think I`ll never see you

I hate to think I`ll never know who you really are

And I`ll never hear your voice or see your face

And just in my imagination you`ll always remain, oh

I hate to think I`ll never see you

I hate to think I`ll never know who you really are

And I`ll never hear your voice or see your face

And just in my imagination you`ll always remain a friend
